South of the Clouds is a new line of non-traditional blends that push the boundaries of flavor as we know it.  The Far East Blend pulls coffees from the "Golden Triangle" region of Thailand to create a unique taste experience.  Notes of blueberry mixed with a roasted, maltiness are well balanced across the palate.  The finish is still smooth, but with a light smokiness.
